My Office Chair

          I wrote a post before about my lost office chair regarding how it was lost and I could not find it. Since then, I settled to use the old squeaky chair. My office mates however are worried of me in using that old chair because every time I move it makes a sound and looks like it will break. They kept on telling me to replace that old chair but I could not find an extra chair to replace it. Thankfully, I just used it for almost two weeks. 

       From the time my office chair was lost, three of my co employees already resigned. The first one resigned before she gave birth to her second child. I was not able to have her chair because it was already missing when we returned back from Christmas holidays.The second employee who resigned is our Japanese translator who left us to go to Japan to be with her family. Parting ways is sad but we are supporting her decision. Since she is already not around my co employee offered to me her chair so that I will not anymore use that noisy chair. It has the same design like my own office chair. It is a leather office chair and it is still new. Just recently another co-employee resigned. It was supposed to be a vacation only to his boyfriend in Australia but his boyfriend proposed that she decided to not anymore work with us but instead stay in Australia. Though we will miss our co employees who resigned but we respect their decisions and we are happy for them. So this is the story behind how I had my office chair.

Happy Valentines Day!

       Indeed, it was a very surprising, memorable and a happy day. Thanks to my very thoughtful and sweet husband who send me some flowers and cake on this special day. Though he is away from me on this special day, he did not neglect to make it special. With the help of his cousin and nephew, he was able to send me those flowers and the cake. I never thought that he would do that. Being in this relationship for almost eight years already from lovers to married couple, he never did this before. It is the first time that he gave some flowers. I highly appreciated the effort and the sweetness he had shown. Hope he will stay the same for the rest of our lives. I hope that you also had a great day the same way that I had. Happy Valentines to all!!!

Red Month is Over

           Finally, after a month of menstruation it finally stopped. I was diagnosed before of hormonal imbalance and until now it is still not corrected. There is a four-month interval in between menstruation and one month of menstruation. If three days of menstruation is already a hassle, how much more if enduring it for a month. But thank God I was able to survive it and found some means to endure it. 

        First thing is of course my ever reliable "Sisters" which had never put me to shame. Though this is not a paid post by them, I am happy to share that "Sisters" is a very reliable companion, I am using the blue one brand which is for heavy flow and for night use because regular type wont work for me. I also like to use it because aside from its reliability, it is also very affordable. Also while sleeping I also have my rubber mat. It was really designed for babies but I am using it to prevent from staining my bed sheets just in case there would be leaks. With the rubber mat, it would be a carefree good night sleep. In terms of regaining my strength during these times, I am eating a lot of nutritious food and more on foods with Vitamin A and Iron. I mostly eat cooked chicken or pork liver and eggs and  drink a lot of pineapple juice. I also intake ferrous sulphate tablets. I also never involved myself in any tiresome physical activities during these times. I really thank God that I never fainted during these times but I would really consult it again to another OB-Gyne and hope these time it would now be corrected.

Few days ago, I was sick and could barely stand from my bed. I was having a fever, body pains and kept on sneezing. BINGO

        Bingo! The shout I would love to do in the Bingo game I played this afternoon. Sad to say I wasn't be able  to do so because I did not able to form the pattern. I was just buying the food supplements my husband was taking in Personal Collection where I was a member, when the staff gave me two bingo cards. I asked for the time when it will be played and luckily I was on time. It is my first time to play Bingo game with some prizes at stake. First prize was rice cooker, second is flat iron, third and fourth are groceries. I enjoyed the game and there was a time when only one is left and I could be able to form the pattern but someone had been able to form it first. Even though I was not able to bring the prizes, I am happy to be able to participate and enjoyed the game.
