Bedrest

It is a long holiday because of the Holy Week. Instead of hitting the beach or travelling in any tourist spots, unlucky for me I have to stay at the house. To make the scenario worst, aside from staying at the house I also have to take a bedrest. Though it is not a doctor's advice, I still have to because in every move I make my menstruation and my dysmenorrhea gets worse. My husband accompany me to get over to this but he was not used to stay in bed that he was not feeling well on the following day. I really pity my husband because he did not have an enjoyable vacation during this long holidays and now he is sick as well because of me. I hope we could get through to this by tomorrow.      Eventhough I am on bedrest, it would not hinder me from doing some payperpost oppurtunities. Luckily there are some offers. It will get me busy and forget some pains in my body. Thanks to the online freelance writing service at essaywriters.net for giving me some...

Checkups

I had my medical check up for today. Thanks to Maxicare, I never paid the consultation fee and the laboratory test. I was also grateful to be referred to a good doctor. I was referred to Dr. Salvador who was not only an OB-Gyne but also handles infertility problems. As usual, my ultrasound result states that I have retroverted polycystic ovaries just like my ultrasound results before. It is still the same but I am now so eager to find time to visit my OB-Gyne and try possible solutions to conceive specially now that I have Maxicare. It is a health benefit given by the company and truly they shoulder every medical expense I should have incurred.  I am thankful for this and also grateful to know the results that nothing like lumps, big cysts or myoma is inside my uterus.         I also had my eye check up and the doctor told me that my vision is still okay. There is no recommendation for me to wear ...

Overweight

Few weeks ago I was required to submit my medical certificate as a pre-employment requirement to the government agency where I applied a couple of months ago. As expected, the lab results indicated that I have lower blood count as a result of having abnormal menstruation. After completing my lab results which are neuro, x-ray, blood, urine and drug test, I was already ready for the physical exam so that my medical certificate will be released. While weighing in, I could not believe that I gained a lot of pounds the last time I weigh in. I was shocked that I was in the weighing scale for a couple of minutes for I could not believe that I weigh that much. There are  some doubts in my mind that maybe the weighing scale is not functioning well or that maybe the numbers I got is incorrect or that instead of kilos it is in pounds. I stayed so long in the weighing scale that the nurse is already asking for my weight and is now volunteering to assist me...

Red Month is Over

Image
Finally, after a month of menstruation it finally stopped. I was diagnosed before of hormonal imbalance and until now it is still not corrected. There is a four-month interval in between menstruation and one month of menstruation. If three days of menstruation is already a hassle, how much more if enduring it for a month. But thank God I was able to survive it and found some means to endure it.          First thing is of course my ever reliable "Sisters" which had never put me to shame. Though this is not a paid post by them, I am happy to share that "Sisters" is a very reliable companion, I am using the blue one brand which is for heavy flow and for night use because regular type wont work for me. I also like to use it because aside from its reliability, it is also very affordable. Also while sleeping I also have my rubber mat. It was really designed for babies but I am using it to prevent from staining my bed sheets jus...
